Greek Island Odyssey
If you want a trip that doesn’t require a rigorous itinerary, Greece is your destination. Our eight-day island-hopping epic takes you from the historic streets of Athens to the stunning Cycladic islands of Milos, Naxos and Santorini. While we can arrange cooking classes, guided tours and boat trips, the laid-back nature of Greek island life means that you could also opt to bask in the beauty of golden beaches, crystal clear waters and charming old fishing villages. Our set itinerary includes a guided tour of the Acropolis, a cruise around Milos’ hidden coves and caves, as well as a culinary masterclass in rural Naxos, but on a private trip you can tweak the itinerary to suit your ideal group getaway. Just make sure you’re all together to watch the Santorini sunset on your final night – it’s a moment you’ll cherish forever.

Go Wild in the Galapagos
Some groups of giant tortoises have been hanging out together on the Galapagos Islands since around the time Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone. Take note of their laid-back approach to life to ensure your reunion group stays just as tight-knit. You’ll certainly have plenty of shared memories to enjoy if you opt for our five-day retreat on this archipelago off the coast of Ecuador. You’ll spend a couple of nights glamping with the tortoises themselves at a remote highland campsite, as well as kayaking, snorkelling and paddleboarding your way around the Itabaca Channel. Spot exotic birds along the lava trails of San Cristóbal, snorkel with sea lions and iguanas off Punta Carola Beach, and don’t forget to wave to the penguins waddling by on the beach.

Volcanic Iceland
Join us in the rugged landscapes of Iceland if you like your reunions to be adrenaline-fuelled and action-packed. Our five-day itinerary is the perfect way to get everyone immersed in nature, from the babbling hot springs of Borgarfjörður to the black-sand beach of Reynisfjara. You’ll get a private tour of the Golden Circle’s most spectacular sights, fuelling up on geothermally baked bread along the way. You’ll hike across the frozen tongue of Sólheimajökull and spend an afternoon snowmobiling across an icy glacier, before recuperating as a team with a good splash around in the milky waters of the Blue Lagoon. Evenings will be spent warming up in cosy pub corners, sipping on local craft beers and sinking the occasional shot of Brennivín, but keep an eye out for the Northern Lights – that’s a group photo you don’t want to miss out on.

Immersive Kenya
The best setting to shoot the breeze and share old tales from your shared past is when gathered round a gently sparking campfire. That becomes extra special when said campfire is in the heart of Kenya’s Maasai Mara National Reserve, an extension of the Serengeti, which is home to just about every animal you can imagine roaming the savannah. If you ever get bored of your best friend telling the same old story yet again, you could always turn your attention to the herds of zebra trotting by the camp, or simply turn conversation to reflect on more recent memories made – like our day spent with a rural Maasai tribe, or our Big Five-spotting safari adventures across the savannah.

KEEN TO EXPLORE THE WORLD?
Connect with like-minded people on our premium trips curated by local insiders and with care for the world
Since you are here, we would like to share our vision for the future of travel - and the direction Culture Trip is moving in.
Culture Trip launched in 2011 with a simple yet passionate mission: to inspire people to go beyond their boundaries and experience what makes a place, its people and its culture special and meaningful — and this is still in our DNA today. We are proud that, for more than a decade, millions like you have trusted our award-winning recommendations by people who deeply understand what makes certain places and communities so special.
Increasingly we believe the world needs more meaningful, real-life connections between curious travellers keen to explore the world in a more responsible way. That is why we have intensively curated a collection of premium small-group trips as an invitation to meet and connect with new, like-minded people for once-in-a-lifetime experiences in three categories: Culture Trips, Rail Trips and Private Trips. Our Trips are suitable for both solo travelers, couples and friends who want to explore the world together.
Culture Trips are deeply immersive 5 to 16 days itineraries, that combine authentic local experiences, exciting activities and 4-5* accommodation to look forward to at the end of each day. Our Rail Trips are our most planet-friendly itineraries that invite you to take the scenic route, relax whilst getting under the skin of a destination. Our Private Trips are fully tailored itineraries, curated by our Travel Experts specifically for you, your friends or your family.
We know that many of you worry about the environmental impact of travel and are looking for ways of expanding horizons in ways that do minimal harm - and may even bring benefits. We are committed to go as far as possible in curating our trips with care for the planet. That is why all of our trips are flightless in destination, fully carbon offset - and we have ambitious plans to be net zero in the very near future.
