The Best Steakhouses in Las Vegas
Steakhouses are where deals are made, winnings celebrated, expense accounts deployed and decadent appetites indulged—much like the city of Las Vegas itself.

Andiamo Steakhouse
Hotel Restaurant, Restaurant, Steakhouse, Italian, American, $$
Located in The D on Fremont Street, Andiamo Steakhouse offers updates on old Vegas classics. The menu includes porterhouses and filets, as well as Italian dishes such as limoncello scallops and frutti di mare. An extensive wine list and a dessert cart as large and impressive as the Queen Mary add to any meal.
Restaurant, Bar, Cocktail Bar, French
An outpost of the Chicago classic, the Las Vegas version of Bavette’s offers rich dishes in a luxurious atmosphere. The steakhouse’s elegant fin de siecle décor and jazz soundtrack feel miles away from the hubbub of the gaming floor and the Vegas Strip. Enjoy a well-crafted cocktail (there’s a selection of Old Fashioneds) and a delicious appetizer—the roasted tomato and bacon salad is outstanding. Then, tuck into a bone-in filet or Chicago-cut ribeye to complete your visit.
Bazaar Meat by José Andrés
Hotel Restaurant, Restaurant, Steakhouse, Spanish, Tapas, $$$
Bazaar Meat is Chef José Andrés’ twist on the Las Vegas steakhouse. Located at the SLS, the stylish space is an ideal spot for the award-winning chef and humanitarian’s combination of the earthy and the exotic. A “sea bar” offers sea urchin and caviar flights, while carpaccios and cured meats come from the “meat bar.” Whether it’s a tiny plate of foie gras cotton candy or a platter of Chateaubriand, Bazaar Meats will satisfy.
MB Steak
Bar, Restaurant, American, Steakhouse, $$
MB Steak is a collaborative effort from brothers David and Michael Morton, who, despite being sprung from a long line of restaurateurs, have never had a place together. The space is an alluring combination of sleek crystal and weathered wood. The flavorful steaks are flown in from Chicago, and master bartenders pour the elegant cocktails. Be sure to make room on your menu for the fruits of the sea—both the ahi tuna and crab cake appetizers are delicious enough to make you want to skip the meat.
Scotch 80 Prime
Hotel Restaurant, Restaurant, Steakhouse, $$$
Named for the classic Las Vegas neighborhood once inhabited by the likes of Jerry Lewis and Mayor Oscar Goodman, Scotch 80 Prime is The Palms’ steakhouse. The dining room features artworks by Andy Warhol, Damien Hirst and Jean-Michel Basquiat; the bar is stocked with over $3 million in fine whiskey. Former N9NE chef Barry Dakake is in charge of the kitchen, which creates dishes such as bison filet mignon, ribeye ravioli and “heart-stopping” potatoes.
THE Steak House
Hotel Restaurant, Restaurant, Steakhouse, American, $$$
Hidden inside the clown show of the Circus Circus is THE Steak House, a wood-paneled room where discretion and red meat reign supreme. The old-school menu features Waldorf and wedge salads, crab legs and lobster tails, porterhouse steak and lamb chops. The prime rib cooked on a hot rock is a specialty that allows guests to do their own grilling, so to speak.
