Hop over to Deer Valley to the Montage Hotel, to be wowed by the excellent service and phenomenal menu including an excellent brunch granola, at the Apex. Check out the live music on the outdoor patio while you nosh on some Apex (steak-covered) nachos. If you’re feeling like starting early, check out the incredible wine menu. Gliltretind

Situated up in the mountains at the heart of Deer Valley resort, this elegant restaurant at the Stein Eriksen Lodge offers a free hiking experience. It boasts exquisite food to complement its Country French chairs, over-sized leather furniture seemingly from another era, cozy stone fireplace, and incredible Sunday brunch buffets featuring live jazz. Brunch includes traditional breakfast goodies, a carving station, hot entrees, salads, seafood, fresh fruit and pastries. For lunch and dinner options don’t miss the deer fillet with huckleberry sauce, rack of Colorado or Utah lamb, or lobster broth poured at the table by the friendly wait staff.

Atticus Coffee, Books, and Tea House

Check out this unique small town coffee spot while riffling through the great selection of books – on or off the library classic sliding ladders – with an incredible drink and pastry in hand. We recommend the Red Velvet Mocha and the Edgar Almond (toasted almond) tea or any other of their distinctive drinks like the Green Chai or Mexican Hot Chocolate. They also feature hot breakfast options for those that want to take in the funky ambiance, intriguing decor, and great atmosphere.

Located in Pinebrook, Park City Bread & Bagel offers incredible bagels, breakfast sandwiches and quick espresso coffee drinks. Park City Bread & Bagel also has quick service and sits on the Wasatch side of the ski resorts for a quick pre-ski breakfast. Do breakfast right with their Spicy Sunrise (a cheddar jalapeño bagel with bacon) or the Black Diamond – with the optional jalapeno inspired cream cheese – while you watch the latest ski, snowboard, or biking films. For those not in the bagel mood, grab a bag of mini muffins offered with your sandwich from the friendly servers, and enjoy at the indoor or outdoor seating.

The Cabin

Bloody Mary

As the name implies, the Cabin resembles a mountain getaway, with wooden decor and a rustic ambiance, even donning replicas of trees. Its menu reflects its furnishings, featuring Western food such as mesquite grilled pork tenderloin, rosemary-rack of lamb, barbecued Alaskan Salmon and a superb Bloody Mary for a boozy brunch. The bar also has table tennis for those more athletically inclined, and live music on the weekends for a fun night out on the town.
