Bare Bones Brewery

Opening its doors in 2015, Bare Bones Brewery became Oshkosh’s first craft brewery in 20 years. Located in the town of Oshkosh rather than the city, it’s a bit off the beaten path, but worth the trek. From traditional ales to creative creations, the draught selection is always changing, so you’ll have to keep coming back to try what’s new on tap.

Knuth Brewing Company

The owners of Knuth Brewing Company in Ripon believe that brewing is a work of art, and their handcrafted artisan beers truly are masterpieces. You’ll be able to taste their creations at their family-owned pub and restaurant in the city’s downtown as well as sample some delicious artisan pizza baked in a wood-fired oven.

HighHolder Brewing Company

HighHolder Brewing Company takes its name from Oshkosh’s Bavarian and Bohemian immigrants, who settled in the city’s south side “bloody sixth ward” in the late 1800s and helped establish the area’s beer culture. Their handcrafted, small-batch brews can be found on tap at O’Marros Public House and The Roxy Supper Club.

Stone Arch Brewpub

Stone Arch Brewpub is the oldest, continuously running brewpub in the state of Wisconsin, and prides itself on sustainability. Visitors can enjoy English-inspired pub grub and one of their tasty beers on tap with a clear conscience knowing that they’re not only supporting one local company but also the other local, sustainable companies the beer and food ingredients were sourced from.

Lion’s Tail Brewing Co.

Lion’s Tail Brewing Co. is based in Neenah and prides itself on using all locally sourced ingredients from Wisconsin and the Chicago area. Some of the ingredients even come straight from Neenah itself. Check out their taproom to try one of the 12 regional beers on tap, many from their own brewery.
