The Best Massage Parlours in Warsaw
Warsaw is the Polish capital and a busy city that is always developing and growing as a business hub. You can take a welcome break from the manic streets with a visit to one of Warsaw’s spas, gyms or massage parlours. To make your job slightly easier, this list contains the most recommended massage salons in which to relax with an endless range of massages available.
Oasis Massage and Spa
Located on King’s Street (Królewska) on Warsaw’s Royal Mile, Oasis Massage and Spa is perhaps the best luxury massage parlour in the area where the Old Town meets the New Town. The range of massages and services on offer is huge. From everyday Thai, Swedish and classic massages to Balinese and Eastern European-style massages, this is a superb place to relax. For those wanting some further treatments, Oasis Massage and Spa also offers eye treatments, skin treatments as well as manicures and pedicures. Tea and water is provided, and sensual music accompanies all massages.
Balinese Massage
Tajskie Spa Centrum-Nowy Świat
Tajskie Spa Centrum – Nowy Świat is the most centrally located branch of the chain known as Tajskie Spa. It is convenient, as it is located just 100 meters from the underground station Nowy Świat – Uniwersytet. The salon is upstairs, and entrance is gained by pressing the bell and walking up to the first floor. Once inside, be ready for a Thai experience, from the décor to the staff to the quality of massages. They perform traditional Thai massages and Thai rituals for the face, hands, feet and whole body in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Staff speak English, and there are also chocolate, lavender and lemon grass massages. Massages for children can be booked, but you will need to arrange that in advance. Showers and saunas are also available. After the massage, you are in the heart of Warsaw’s bar district, Nowy Świat.
Bali Spa
Situated in the heart of Warsaw’s thriving Nowy Swiat (New World) street, this is the perfect place to relax in the heart of Warsaw’s nightlife. It’s a typical Indonesian spa, and you have a choice of a Polish or an Indonesian masseuse. Massages are for both men and women, and there are also massages available for pregnant women. In typical Balinese style, guests are asked not to wear a top but usually wear the undergarments provided. Hot showers are available before and after, and the venue runs promotions. There are Thai, Indonesian and other oriental massages available.
ThaiSun
ThaiSun has three venues in the city, and this one is located in a district close to a lot of hotels such as the Hilton and the Radisson Blu, so it is a good option for those on business who need a post-work massage. It is a very typical Thai-style massage parlour with classic Thai massages, hot stone massages and oil massages. Polish massages, pregnancy massages and facial treatments are also available. The masseurs have years of experience, and most of them come from Thailand. ThaiSun usually has a special happy hour from 4pm to 8pm Monday to Friday with a 20% discount and often has other promotions.
Anothai Massage
At Anothai Massage, the range of massages are all based around traditional Thai style. Try the therapeutic massage, which is very similar to the classical Thai massage but the masseuse will focus on reducing muscle tension to help eliminate spinal pain. Oil massages are available, and the staff are all authentic Thai masseuses. There are promotions that offer a free massage for loyal customers who go regularly and collect stamps on each visit. The massage salon is housed inside the Millennium shopping plaza on Aleja Jerozilimskie.

We are proud that, for more than a decade, millions like you have trusted our award-winning recommendations by people who deeply understand what makes certain places and communities so special.
Increasingly we believe the world needs more meaningful, real-life connections between curious travellers keen to explore the world in a more responsible way. That is why we have intensively curated a collection of premium small-group trips as an invitation to meet and connect with new, like-minded people for once-in-a-lifetime experiences in three categories: Culture Trips, Rail Trips and Private Trips. Our Trips are suitable for both solo travelers, couples and friends who want to explore the world together.
Culture Trips are deeply immersive 5 to 16 days itineraries, that combine authentic local experiences, exciting activities and 4-5* accommodation to look forward to at the end of each day. Our Rail Trips are our most planet-friendly itineraries that invite you to take the scenic route, relax whilst getting under the skin of a destination. Our Private Trips are fully tailored itineraries, curated by our Travel Experts specifically for you, your friends or your family.
We know that many of you worry about the environmental impact of travel and are looking for ways of expanding horizons in ways that do minimal harm - and may even bring benefits. We are committed to go as far as possible in curating our trips with care for the planet. That is why all of our trips are flightless in destination, fully carbon offset - and we have ambitious plans to be net zero in the very near future.
