Go Yoga! Zaragoza is a very centrally located studio in the Old Town, close to the Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar and many of the city’s major museums. It’s a modern and simple place offering various types of yoga classes, from tripsichore and ashtanga to Mysore and combined. Single classes, which last for an hour and 45 minutes, cost €18 each, and there are offers for blocks of classes available if you’re here for longer. The centre also offers sessions on clinical nutrition, biological medicine and Gestalt therapy and has a massage and treatment room.

Pilates Aragon is one of the largest and most important pilates studios in the region of Aragon. It is located very near the centre of the city and offers a range of different types of classes, including mat and floor work, as well as machines. Tranquility Center
The Tranquility Center is the only centre dedicated to anti-stress and wellbeing in the region of Aragon. It’s a tranquil space, decorated in pastel shades and lots of prints of lotus flowers and Buddhas. It offers services for both the mind and the body, including a range of health and beauty treatments, a hammam and workshops on everything from self-esteem to relaxation techniques. La Vida en Verde
La Vida en Verde is an AeroYoga studio situated near the city centre. Meaning ‘life in green’, the studio is certified in AeroYoga classes, whereby participants hang from the ceiling in stretchy hammocks. They also offer regular yoga classes, dance classes, belly dancing and pilates sessions. Meditation and mindfulness workshops are also available.

Escuela de Yoga Zaragoza
The Escuela de Yoga Zaragoza is run by licensed professional Lydia Galdámez, who has a qualification from the Spanish Association of Yoga Practitioners and a degree in Sociology and Politics from the Complutense University of Madrid. The school teaches hatha and raja yoga and classes vary depending on level and need. There are also special yoga classes for rehabilitation and therapy. Single classes cost €15 per session and monthly rates are available if you want to take one or more classes per week. Initial classes are free so you can try it out before you commit.
