The World's Biggest Bounce House Is Coming To A Town Near You

Big Bounce America features the largest bounce house in the world. Boasting more than 10,000 sq ft of fun, the inflatable attraction is touring the United States this summer.

Who says bounce houses are just for kids? Big Bounce America—an attraction complex featuring the Bouncer, the world’s biggest bounce house—is available to people of all ages, and it could be coming to your town.

Started in 2017, the inflatable attraction is midway through a 64-date tour of the United States. The Bouncer, which is 10,000 sq ft and can hold up to 200 people at a given time, isn’t only about bouncing, though. There’s a DJ booth in the middle, confetti blasts, conga lines, dance contests, ball pits, hula hoop contests and slides.

“Like we say: ‘Sneakers off, party on,'” co-founder Cameron Craig says. “It’s literally a party inside of a bounce house.”

Big Bounce America was founded almost by accident. Craig was working at a music festival in the United Kingdom and one night he and his friends snuck into a bounce house. They had so much fun, they thought about building an attraction large enough for the whole family.

“One thing led to another, then we decided, ‘Let’s make the biggest one in the world,'” Craig says.
The attraction toured the U.S. in 2017 with all 15 dates selling out. Currently there are two iterations traveling around the country to cities and towns including Philadelphia, Detroit, Cleveland, Portland, Chicago, Phoenix and Dallas.

Hour-long bounce sessions are divided by age group

Sessions last one hour each. They are also divided among age groups so juniors (children aged 7 and under) can enjoy bouncing with one another and not have to deal with teenagers or adults being too rowdy.

“It’s had such a good response,” Craig says. “When cars are pulling up and kids see the cotton candy-colored bounce house, their jaws will literally hit the deck and they just can’t wait to get inside. Everywhere we go pretty much sells out. It’s so much fun.”
